Shipping & Returns

Please recycle or reuse all our packaging where possible.

Delivery times

Most items are made and dispatched within 3 working days. We use Amazon Next Day Tracked for all of our UK orders.

We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion items may take longer than expected. If an item is still not with you at 30 days from the date of ordering, we will replace it free of charge. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.

How to cancel, return or exchange your Jellymud order

Firstly, contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns and we will do our best to put it right. The best way to contact us is by sending an email to hello@jellymud.uk.

Our products are made to order to help minimise wastage, therefore our ability to exchange or refund is limited if the item isn't faulty.

We have a robust quality control process but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you have received your Jellymud item and something is wrong with it please contact us within 14-days of receiving the item.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any item or packaging even if it’s faulty, before you have spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to. Items must be returned unworn and in the condition they were purchased, including all labels, tags and packaging.

Any returns must be made within 14-days of letting us know you want to cancel your order and return the item. Send an email to hello@jellymud.uk with your order number and reasons for returning or cancelling the item and we will give you an authorisation code which you will need to complete the process. We suggest you use a signed for delivery method to ensure we receive it. 

Please note you will have to bear the costs of returning the item to us.

We will refund your card within 14-days of receiving the item.

You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the item in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).

We accept all major credit cards including American Express and PayPal.

Shipping within the UK

Postage costs £4 with Amazon or free for orders over £50. Remember our orders are custom made so we need about three working days to make, pack and ship your item to you. Honestly it is worth the wait!

Shipping within the EU

We can ship to Europe using an International tracked Royal Mail service. This costs £10 per delivery but is free for orders over €145. Remember our orders are custom made so we need about three working days to make, pack and ship your item to you. Honestly it is worth the wait!

Shipping Tracking

Get tracking information from your order history by clicking the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you. Please note that tracking your shipment will take you to a third parties website that we do not control.
